1) On the 30th of November 2024 

The occupant of flat 3 at OBP011 ( Agbarho) moved out due to personal reasons.

Currently flat 3 is VACANT.

2) The occupant of  flat 3 at OBP011 ( Agbarho)  has requested for his uncle and the wife to move into his apartment due to the distance of his job that has made him to be absent from the property for sometime now.

He has requested for the uncle to move in before the expiration date of the rent.
