It was brought to our notice today being the 1st of July 2025 that there has being power outage recently due to a faulty transformer which will be needing urgent repairs.

A meeting was held in that regards and conclusions was reached that each property is to contribute the sum of 65,000 for the transformer repair and all landlords are strongly advised to make payments on time.
