Good morning Mrs Helen,

It was brought to our notice this morning that one of the tenants with the name Jephthah Opuoru and tenant ID OBP026 at Agbarho has moved out of the property about two weeks ago.

The said tenant and was issued a notice to quit on the 14th of April 2025 due to some disturbing complaints from other tenants and with  proper investigations done.

Here are the list of offences,

1) Refuse to pay for service charges 

2) Disturbing the entire neighborhood with loud music at early hours of the morning 

3) Locked other tenants inside the property with other offences
